Charges and Rates

How much will the deposit be?
Deposits vary depending on the equipment and the time needed,

Do you accept credit cards or personal checks?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks approved by
Crescent, Inc.

When does my rent start?
Rent starts when the equipment is picked up at our store, or if we are delivering it to your site, at
that time.

What is a rental period?
Certain equipment has a minimum rental period of 4 hours.
Daily rates are based on a 24 hour period.
Weekly rates are based on a 7 day week.
Monthly rates are based on 28 days. (Call for rates)
We charge for all time out, including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Do you have any special rates?
Yes, we have special rates available for most rental items:

Our overnight rates:
out after 3:30 pm and returned by 8:00 am  the next morning; only charge for 4 hours

There are 3 different weekend rates:
1 - out Friday after 3:30 pm and returned Monday by 8:00 am only charge for 2 days
2 - out Saturday before 12:00 pm and returned Monday by 8:00 am only charge for 1-1/2 days
3 - out Saturday after 12:00 pm and returned Monday by 8:00 am  only charge for 1 day

We also offer special holiday rates that will be posted on our website as the holiday approaches.

Are there any additional charges?
You may be charged for additional hours on items that have an hour meter. We use the general
industry practice basing rates on one 8 hour shift, 40 hours per week. Overtime for double or triple
shifts will be charged accordingly.

If you choose to use our delivery and pick up services, there is an additional charge.

All equipment is delivered to you with full fuel tanks. You will be charged for fuel if the equipment is
not returned with a full tank. The customer is responsible for ALL fuel and proper fuel.
